Shipping Information

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the product type:

  • Fragrances & Art Prints: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Home Glow Collection & Printed Books: These are bespoke/made-to-order items, which require 10 business days for production and preparation before shipping.

  • Digital Products: Instant access! You will receive your download link immediately via email after your purchase is confirmed.

Note: You will receive a tracking number once your physical order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return physical items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Digital Downloads: All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

    • Opened Fragrances: We cannot accept returns for fragrance products that have been unsealed or used.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us at m.mataciune@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will prioritize resolving the issue for you.
